Trash Collection 

Trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday. Recycle is picked up on Tuesday.  Yard waste is picked up on Tuesday. Bulk trash is picked up on Friday.

Water and Sewer 

Palm Beach Utilities is the Department that services the property. They can be reached at 561-740-4600.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.

Owners may contact any provider of their choosing. If owner needs to setup the internet at the home, they can contact AT&T at 1-800-722-3481 for the bulk call center as the HOA has a bulk internet contract.

Association Fees

The Association fees include Property Management, Lawn Maintenance of the homes and common areas, Amenities, Bulk Internet, Accounting Services, and Irrigation.
